Just remember that you'll be going against the agreement you've accepted in the App store.

    3. U.S. ONLY. The Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions, and is not available in any other location. You agree not to use or attempt to use the Service from outside of the available territory. Apple may use technologies to verify such compliance.

Very good point dynomity. Another issue with having accounts in two countries is when it comes to updating apps. I find that I often have to sign out of my Canadian account, just to update one app that I could only buy in the U.S. store. That is one pain in the butt. I'm going to just wait until the Canadian App Store is up and running on the iPad. In the meantime, many iPad apps are available via the iTunes Store on my Mac. Unfortunately not the iWork suite or the iBook Store.

Yeah I also find that is annoying to have to switch accounts for
updates. However, some amazing apps are only available to the US. So
it is worth it sometimes to switch between accounts.

Actually Canadian's can download apps. Yes, the appStore on the iPad isn't up yet, but you can download apps in iTunes and then sync them over without problem. The only ones I don't see yet are ABC, Netflix, and iBooks; which I imagine aren't there yet due to licensing agreements. The iWork apps are also MIA right now.

I did find thought that when the store/apps become available in Canada you only need your Canadian Account. So we only have to suffer for a little while longer. On the upside…. we have iPads before the rest of Canada

Was in San Francisco last week & managed to snag the last 16 GB wi-fi at the downtown Apple store on
April 8th! Or at least that's what the salesman told me Nice device.

Has anybody else had an issue recently where the Vanilla Mastercard stops working well before the balance is gone? Or returns a CVV error and fails to authorize? I have had the first problem with 2 cards in the last week, and I just purchased a 3rd $25 card which will not authorize at all.

What is MIA? So we Canadian can buy iWork thru iTunes?

Do the 3rd party software company can sale their products for apple users in itunes?
(You know most 3rd party developers worked on “a cross platform development tool”, like adobe, but “The third party may not adopt enhancements from one platform unless they are available on all of their supported platforms.”)
That's wonderful, if ifunia can sale video converter and dvd ripper on itunes!
