Move Over Android, iPad Is The Winner In Enterprise

According to a report from AllThingsD, Good Technology reveals data that shows that iPad usage is growing in the enterprise world.

According to Good Technology, 27 percent of the mobile devices activated by enterprise customers during Q2 2011 were tablets. Of the tablets activated, 95 percent were iPads!

Today iFixIt reports that Apple has removed the LG display drivers from the iPad 2 and replaced them with Samsung drivers.

Apple announced their 2011 Q3 earnings today, and the numbers are a doozy. The company sold 9.25 million iPads, up 183% from the year ago quarter. For comparisons sake, in Q2 of 2011, 4.69 million iPads were sold. Apple almost doubled their iPad sales in one quarter.
