Rogers Relaunches Flexible Rate Data Plans For iPad

Citing no specific reason, starting today Rogers has relaunched their flexible data plan for iPad. Originally expiring on February 7, 2011, the plan has been extended until September 11, 2011.

iOS 4.3 HotSpot Rogers (Ontario) 3G Outage Issues

For those of you trying to get Personal HotSpot working with Rogers in Ontario but are receiving a “Contact Rogers to activate HotSpot” message, there is currently a province wide 3G outage which is affecting the ability to activate HotSpot on your iPhone. I’ve been told to wait until tomorrow to test the Personal HotSpot feature on the iPhone.

For the Holiday 2010 quarter, Rogers has launched a set of new data sharing options for iPad.

The original Rogers data-only iPad plans are still available and for reference, they are listed below:

$15/month: 250MB (auto-renewal every 30 days)
$35/month: 5GB (auto-renewal every 30 days)
