World’s Tallest iPad Dock Is 11ft, Costs $565K

by on September 4th, 2011

What’s that you say? You need the tallest iPad dock to showcase your device? Well you’re in luck!

Jean Michel Jarre has created the world’s tallest iOS device (iPod, iPhone, iPad) dock that stands at 11 feet tall and costs about $565,000.

The system features 10,000 watts of power and can be connected to other devices via USB and the headphone jack.

The dock also has its own stereo system with five separate amplifiers (1 subwoofer, 2 midrange and 2 high end)!

With the progress of technology, the conditions of recording music in the studio have advanced considerably, whereas the means of listening in general have not ceased to regress: the vinyl has been replaced by the CD, largely inferior in quality, which has now given way to even more low-grade MP3 files. We have progressively lost our emotional rapport with sound.

If you’re looking for the highest pedestal for your iPad, pre-orders of the AeroDream One are starting now with delivery in six months. Available colors are chrome, black or white.

That’s rediculous, who would waste their money on that when you could buy theatre quality sound systems for a fraction of the price……..
