Canadian iPad 2 Shipping Times Drop To 1-3 Days

Last week, Canadian iPad 2 shipping times dropped from numerous weeks to 3-5 business days. This week, Apple has again dropped the shipping times.

Any new purchases of the iPad 2 through the Apple online store now ship within 1-3 business days.

When the iPad 2 launched in Canada on March 25, the online store opened with a 2-3 week shipping time, which then slipped to 3-4 weeks within 24 hours.

This morning Apple released iOS 4.3.4 to patch the PDF hack used in the JailbreakMe.com jailbreak tool.

iOS 4.3.4 Software Update

Fixes security vulnerability associated with viewing malicious PDF files.

The update is available for all models of iPad and iPad 2 via iTunes.
