This morning Apple issued a press statement regarding the iPad 2 launch in Canada.
According to the release, the iPad 2 will launch in Canada at 5PM local time on March 25, 2011. Furthermore, Apple Retail Stores and Apple Authorized Resellers (Best Buy, Future Shop, London Drugs, etc) will be the main purchase points.
Online sales will be available from 1AM PDT through www.apple.ca.

The March 25th iPad 2 International launch date was recently confirmed by an Apple spokesperson. According to TechRadar, Apple confirmed the following for the UK:
“Everything that is on the website still holds true; the website says 25 March and that’s when it’ll be.”
Recent news points to Best Buy Canada launching the iPad 2 this Friday at 10AM, like last year, where Best Buy launched the original iPad to long lines and limited inventory.
The news comes from the comment section at Best Buy’s Canadian web site where a person identified as an employee confirmed that the retailer will be selling the iPad 2 Friday at 10AM.
