Introducing iPad 2 and Smart Covers Videos Now on YouTube

Apple’s YouTube channel was updated earlier today to include two new videos (which are also on Apple.com). The first video is titled, “Introducing iPad 2″ and second one is called “Introducing the iPad Smart Cover.”

iPad 2 Keynote Now Available Online

Steve Jobs made a surprise appearance today to introduce the iPad 2. Just when we thought he was taking his medical leave seriously, he dropped the gauntlet on Apple’s competitors. Apple has slashed its iPad 1 prices in Canada by $130. iPad 2 will be available in Canada on March 25th.

iPad 1 Prices Slashed, Starting at $419 in Canada

Boom. Apple dropped a bomb on the tablet industry today with the iPad 2 announcement. But that’s not the big news. The original iPad prices have been slashed. Here are the new changes, from the Canadian Apple Store:

WiFi Models:
16GB: $419 (was $549)
32GB: $519 (was $649)
64GB: $619 (was $749)

WiFi + 3G Models:
16GB: $549 (was $679)
32GB: $649 (was $779)
64GB: $749 (was $879)
