iBooks App Now Available in App Store for Download!

This just in! The iBooks app for the iPad is now available (iTunes link) in the US iTunes store. This free app is an 18MB download and will allow you to access the iBookstore’s 60,000+ strong catalog. It will include a complimentary copy of Winnie-the-Pooh by A. A. Milne! Nice!

On Thursday afternoon, Apple announced MobileMe support for the upcoming Apple iPad. The service, for those who subscribe to it, is identical to how it works with the iPhone and iPod Touch.
