The iPad 3G+WiFi model has finally hit Apple Stores in the USA. As for the iPad in Canada, we can expect it to arrive on May 29th (with pre-orders taking place on May 10th). We still haven’t heard specific data plans from Rogers, Bell, or Telus. Let’s hope we’ll be able to use our existing data plans!

iPhone users have been able to “jailbreak” their iPhones. In other words, allow a modified version of the iPhone OS firmware to be installed on their iPhone. Essentially this will open up a plethora of 3rd party applications that are prohibited from the App Store. Customizations and tweaks have been very popular amongst iPhone users.
